How can I get a copy of my invoice?

The system automatically sends an email when you first sign up with a copy of your email. At renewal, the system may not always send a copy of your receipt but you can easily download a copy of it on the My Account page.

How do I update my billing details?

Our system will alert you via email if your credit card that is on file is set to expire. In the email sent, there is a link provided to update your credit card information. If you did not receive this email or just want to use a different card the next time you are charged for renewal, please click this link to update the card information on file.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account by visiting the My Account page. Simply click the “cancel” button, which is found right under the Membership Level details.

Will my credit card be charged automatically each year?

Yes, when you sign up for the initial charge for a membership you are agreeing to automatic annual renewals at the price you signed up at. You will receive an email alerting you that your card on file will be charged a week prior to renewal. If you got charged but did not want to renew for another year, simply email me at jeremy@safetytalkideas.com within 14 days of the renewal charge and I will gladly provide you with a refund.
